Yes. Before adding your custom graduation invitations to your cart, you’ll have a chance to include envelopes. Please note that you’ll receive one envelope for each card. If you’d prefer to skip the envelopes altogether, you’ll be able to do that too.

Yes. As you create your graduation photo cards or invites, you can download a digital proof of your design – for free. This makes it easy to double-check your work or share your ideas with someone else as many times as you’d like.

We don’t offer custom samples at this time – but you can order a small batch of 10 graduation invitations to see your cards in person. This is a cost-effective way to see and feel whether the color, paper and size is exactly what you want. If it is, reordering your invites is quick and easy, and if you want to make any updates, you can edit your design in our online studio. Either way, your order – and satisfaction – is absolutely guaranteed.

We advise mailing your graduation invitations at least three to four weeks ahead of your event. If you’re inviting any friends or relatives from out of town, send the invites about six weeks in advance so that they have time to plan travel and accommodations.

As long as it doesn't include an invitation, send graduation announcements any time from two weeks before the ceremony to four weeks after.

That all comes down to what you have planned. Itinerary cards are essential if you’re hosting multiple events. As for wedding programs, you may or may not need them depending on the actual ceremony. If your ceremony is on the shorter side, it won’t hurt to skip them. If there’ll be multiple components (prayers, blessings, songs, communion), we strongly suggest including them. Programs are especially handy at multicultural ceremonies and help any guests who are unfamiliar with the proceedings follow along.
